Stained glass short course commencing 5th January 2026
The course is 5 weeks long, commencing Monday 5th January 2026to Monday 2nd February 2026 10-12am
The short courses are for people who want to spend more time than a one day workshop allows to develop their stained glass skills. Or maybe you've done a day workshop and want to carry on learning this beautiful craft.
The group is limited to five places so I can give tailored learning and support to everyone.
All tools and materials are provided as on the one day workshop. I will provide a variety of patterns but if you are working on your own design you may need to provide extra glass and I will guide you where to get this.
If you want to discuss the short course please feel free to email me.
Please wear old clothes or bring an apron as working with glass is fun but messy.
You won't have to pay for parking as you are attending a workshop. Just come straight to the studio on the day with your car registration and I'll get you put on the system for free.
Please Note
Stained glass is a traditional craft. You will be handling and cutting glass as well as using glass grinders. After applying copperfoil to all your glass pieces you will use a soldering iron, liquid flux and solder to join the pieces together. I provide latex gloves to prevent you touching the flux and solder. If you have any health issues which may be exacerbated by working with these materieals please contact Mona to discuss this further.
